I’ve never heard of this movie, but the thumbnail is a cute picture of Aubrey Plaza and the tagline is funny. Boy meets girl. Girl eats boy. Zombie romcom. I’m here for it. So here we go.

Reactions: oof this boy is broken. Suddenly super close with dead girl’s family. Huh, wonder why she’s in such a hurry to leave. A boy and his scarf. Seems like the parents know more than they’re letting on. I guess they all just wander around the house in their underwear? Weird mailman. Are all of the local dead coming back? Uh oh, maybe shouldn’t go out during the day…advanced rot. Beth has to study for her test. Tell me you are not going to bust the zombie girl out of her house. You dumb shit. Oooh I love the beach at night. So pretty. Beth is losing her shit. Dude, they told you she needs to stay home. What’s the matter, she starting to taste a little dead to you? Huh. Closing thoughts: I expected the comedy to be more straightforward considering the cast, but I really appreciate the direction this movie took. I liked it.
